Five short lessons for managers (an animated poll that shows them they aren't the only one avoiding it, flip cards, a scenario quiz) and then a finale where the learner rehearses the conversation live against a scenario-specific AI persona and gets a structured debrief on how they handled it.
Custom-coded as a single SCORM-ready HTML file. No authoring-tool templates, which is why it doesn't look or behave like every other compliance module in the catalogue.
Instruction and rehearsal in one file
The rehearsal at the end is the same practice engine behind the Conversation Builder: a scenario-specific persona with a hidden driver, and a debrief scored against the module's own objectives. Build the instruction as a custom module, or write the rehearsal yourself in the builder and drop it into a module you already have.
